Really, Judge Eileen A. Olds?

It would seem that EOA is sucking up to the VA State Police,, for what one might ask.. over social media that don’t keep logs.. The VASPD claims that KIK, snapchat, meet24, badoo, and social media chat app are very dangerous to our children.. Could it be that these media app companies don’t retain records like Facebook, twitter, instagram and Whatsapp..

I guess she forgot about vine where you can share vids, but that’s a twitter owned app. Lets not forget Tumblr,, yahoo porn site.. there is Pheed a like twitter app, what about Wanelo? there are many more.. I guess judges and state, local police what access to these, since the feds already does..

Fullscreen capture 4242014 115206 PM.bmp
Olds is a true danger to kids in Chesapeake and the surrounding area.. Judges uses the term in the best interest of the child. What the fuck does that mean?? No ones fucking knows; but to judges like Olds it keeping kids in foster care, instead of homes, why would a judge do this, cause the Feds, pay the state for every child in Foster Care.. that Right Children being used as fucking ATM’s and This judge is apart of it.

So I guess now she will find a new way into these social networks that any child (might have) that comes into her courtroom.

I mean she is such a great judge,, This is fucking bullshit.. She has help my ex-wife to teach my son how to con his way thru life, and since he is now an adult and back in Chesapeake, if when they are finally caught they will in General District court and not hers.. so she doesn’t have to witness what she help created. This bad judge need to be remove asap.

Ryan Frederick Case Update

click on picture to visit his myspace page

CHESAPEAKE

The special prosecutor in the case against Ryan Frederick, the Chesapeake man accused of killing a city detective, wants the murder trial moved out of the Hampton Roads area.

The commonwealth has urged the court for a change of venue from Chesapeake to a court elsewhere in the state. Frederick is to stand trial Jan. 20 in Chesapeake Circuit Court on charges of capital murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana.

Paul Ebert, the commonwealth’s attorney from Prince William County appointed to the case, said the trial must be moved because pretrial publicity has made it impossible for the commonwealth to get a fair trial.

Frederick’s attorney, James Broccoletti, said he opposes any move, arguing that the citizens of Chesapeake have not only an obligation but a right to sit in judgment in a case of this magnitude.

Frederick, who turned 29 in the Chesapeake Correctional Center, is accused of fatally shooting Detective Jarrod Shivers on the night of Jan. 17 while Shivers and more than a dozen other officers executed a drug search warrant.

Very interesting, usually its the defendant who ask to have the case move to another part of the state, but here it the DA, who claim he can't get a fair hearing. THIS IS A SET UP THE CHESAPEAKE PD FUCK UP PERIOD and now is blaming Ryan for protecting his home... no or very little weed was found is now enough for any VA DA to charge people with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana. Better watch out if you have any pain killers in your purse you just might get charge with trafficing

Brother of woman who died in jail sues Chesapeake sheriff, others

The brother of a woman who died two years ago after suffering a heart attack in the city jail has filed a federal lawsuit against the Chesapeake sheriff and other unknown parties.

The suit, filed July 16, claims wrongful death, medical malpractice and negligence in the death of Sotina L. Cuffee, who was serving eight months for a violation of probation for welfare fraud.

In addition to Sheriff John R. Newhart, other defendants of the suit include unknown sheriff deputies, physicians, physician’s assistants, health care providers and other jail employees.

The lawsuit seeks a total of $11 million.

Unless things have change alot in Chesapeake Jail, the women have only five to 8 cell blocks in the old section, where the so-call guards/officer do a walk through every hour or so, some times once or twice a shift after serving meals.

17-year-old charged in teen's homicide may be tried as adult

Now nice in VA if you are 14-17 you can be tried as adult but you can't consent to have sex with another the same age or over 18.

I wonder what judge was assigned to his arraignment, no less by Video, I guess the sheriff"s office had some cut back, unable to drive these defendants less then two blocks to the courthouse.

Chesapeake Commonwealth's Attorney Nancy Parr says, "Under the law in Virginia anybody over the age of 14 who's charged with murder or rape will be tried as an adult after they have a preliminary hearing in juvenile court." She went on to say, "If the court determines probable cause he will be transferred over to the Circuit Court and tried as an adult."

Also if it is the law, by even bother having a hearing in JDR court anyway. I guess that could also save money. Also if this is law then they would have an arraignment it would be a Probable Cause hearing then. So I ask which is it, was it an arraignment where one is informed of their's rights, or was it a probable cause hearing, was his lawyer there, if not then it was just an arraignment. So when does his Probable Cause hearing in JDR Take place..

CHESAPEAKE, VA (WAVY.com) -- A 17-year-old charged in the shooting death of 18-year-old Lonnie Andrews, Jr., appeared at a video arraignment this morning in Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

The teen's parents stood before a judge as he heard the charges: Murder and Use of a Firearm.

The teen's father, who didn't want to reveal his name, tells WAVY.com, "I'm so sorry this happened. This is something I feel like could have been prevented and everything's going to come out. Just don't make judgements on any one of those young men. Just wait until the facts come out then make a judgement."

Also in the court was the victim's mother Marie Abbott, who said afterwards she just wants "justice for my son." She said nothing good can come from this for either family.

The teen remains held at a juvenile detention facility in Chesapeake. A preliminary hearing in the case is set for July 22.

Andrews was an Oscar Smith High School graduate who planned to attend Virginia State University in the fall on a full football scholarship. He was killed early Tuesday morning.

FAI case in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, VA. (WAVY.com) -- The man accused of bilking thousands of dollars from consumers is now representing himself in court.

Court papers from Financing Alternatives George Christian are handwritten and he now claims he's disabled, but doesn't say what the disability is.

He also tells the court he doesn't have enough information to answer many of the state's allegations because he doesn't have enough information to confirm or deny allegations against him because he wasn't running the shop.

Christian also wants the court to remove from the state's complaint that consumers would pay FAI three times the cost they would pay if they purchased the computer directly from the manufacturer.

Yet I don't see the state going after RAC, BEST WAY, RENT America, Aaron's or any other rental company. if you rent to own anything from them you will pay 3 to 4 times as well, let they are not charge with fraud. Then again shouldn't the consumers also blame for this. Really, everyone knows you can rent to own computer from this rental companies, atleast with these companies you get free repair services while paying.

I just love the way the DA pick and chose who they go after. So why doesn't State goes after these companies, you get a computer from one of these companies @ 49.99 per week for 18 to 24 months, which equals to $3599 to $5199, yet if you buys the same computer from the companies or Wal-mart, any office supplies store from $599 to $1300, for the same basic computer you will get from these rental companies, yet no state DA is going after them.

Consumers for the most part of just STUPID, at least when you rent from a rental company the day you pay your first payment you get the item.

More Possible Police Misconduct in Ryan Frederick Case

Grand jury indicts Ryan Frederick on capital murder charge

This case should never have come to trial, however I'm sure there is some type of cover up going on there in Chesapeake. The DA has to help to protect the blue law/blue shield in Chesapeake. Then again most cops do think they are above the law.

CHESAPEAKE

Ryan Frederick was indicted on a charge of capital murder today in the death of a Chesapeake detective during a drug raid earlier this year.

He also was indicted on charges of use of a firearm and manufacturing marijuana.

Frederick, 28, is accused of killing Detective Jarrod Shivers, 34, on Jan. 17 while police were executing a drug search warrant at Frederick’s home in the 900 block of Redstart Ave. in Portlock. Police said two shots were fired from inside Frederick’s home through the front door as officers used a battering ram on the front door.

One shot hit Shivers as he stood on the front steps of the home.

Shivers’ job during the raid was to protect the “breacher” by covering any doors or windows, police have testified.

Police said they had two separate entry teams when they went to Frederick’s home at 8:30 p.m. One team was to enter the home while the other was to simultaneously enter a detached garage.

A confidential informant told police Frederick was growing marijuana in his garage. Police, however, found only enough marijuana to initially charge Frederick with simple possession.

Frederick, in a jail interview, said he fired at what he feared were intruders.

James Broccoletti, Frederick’s attorney, argued during a preliminary hearing that the prosecution could not show that his client’s actions were deliberate and premeditated, as is required to prove first-degree murder. At most, he argued, the case is one of involuntary manslaughter.

On Tuesday he said the capital indictment came because the grand jurors heard only from the prosecution. He said it could be January 2009 until a trial date is set for the case.

Judge Olds doesn't believe in Biology when Money will do

The baby landed in the Chesapeake home of Gary and Mary Prevette, who had tried unsuccessfully for years to have a child. The couple began caring for the baby in January 1996, and filed a petition to adopt her. But the adoption came to a screeching halt when Melissa decided, five months after giving birth, that she could no longer keep the secret. She told her parents, Lisa and Mark Lockwood, also of Slidell. And the three of them began a battle to regain custody of the child, who is now 1. Last week, Judge Eileen Olds of the Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court granted legal custody to the Prevettes and gave the Lockwoods visitation rights. Even though the ruling settled custody for now, it did not resolve the case for good click here to read more

She is back in the News

look at her, she think she all that. mmm never married no kids, mmmm I wonder why?????????????????

this is funny they will allow a camera in JDR to take a picture of her for this piece, which means that one of the judges had to ok it in writing so they can get it pass the officers downstairs. Yet she won't allow a father to bring one in to visit with his child downstairs in the Pals offices.

Political bias said to affect judicial choices

From VA Pilot click here to read the story.

The two open seats in Chesapeake Circuit Court have prompted the most maneuvering, according to several legislators.

Republican legislators favor prominent Chesapeake defense lawyer John Brown and city Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Judge Rufus A. Banks Jr., according to legislators close to the negotiations.

Several Democratic lawmakers have said they can support Brown, but not Banks, according to sources.

Initially they preferred Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations Judge Eileen Olds, but more recently substituted Norfolk Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Marjorie A. Arrington. Arrington confirmed her interest in the post last week.

Now see I would be happy if Olds was sent to Circuit court. That way every thing she does would be recorded and open to the public. I bet she doesn't want this post. Because her actions would be open to all to see. She wouldn't be able to hide behind close doors.

From another source

HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA - An illegal immigrant was sentenced to a year in prison on Monday for having sex with a 13-year-old girl and producing nude images of the child.
[Feel free to send this sorry-ass judge an email at epgrissom@worldnet.att.net]
Carlos De La Cruz Ramos, formerly of the 3700 block of S. Military Hwy. in Chesapeake, was arrested in May after a Wal-Mart store clerk processed film he had dropped off that showed images of a nude child, police said. Ramos was convicted in August of producing child pornography and carnal knowledge, both felonies carrying maximum punishments of 10 years in prison.

Looking Thru Past Files

I was looking through my case files today, and found a few things that I feel I need to share.

This is one of the road blocks that the JDR Court set in front of me.

Order was in Chesapeake JDR Court date 2-14-03.

The Following Parties where Present.
Petitioner/ on her attorney
Respondent

Type of case. Custody

Finding of the Courts:

"There is a NC Custody in effect, hearing pending in NC 3-6-03.
Atty D. Dickerson appt. GAL, he is to facilitate visitation."

It is ordered that (f) father ordered per order 12-1-97 order to provide proof
of HIV testing under seal by 3-20-03. (M) mother does not need to be back it (F)
has not provided test result by 3-20-03. (M) (F) order to complete parenting
classes.

case to cont'd. 3-21-03."

I did comply this time, the first time I refuse to comply. I inform Judge Olds that I would not since there was not grounds for such test under VA Law. She didn't push the issue.

The Courts received the test result via cert. Mail. In court the clerk claims that I didn't send the information till I present the returned receipt from my Cert. Mail to the court.

I took the class but she didn't.

Judge olds over look it, however she didn't show for court that day, yet (if I'm correct she didn't show for court) Only her lawyer.

She how the court treats fathers from the way they treat mother. Its like one law rich and one law for the poor or in this case one for mothers and one for fathers.

I SAY ITS TIME TO OPEN THE FAMILY COURTS TO THE PUBLIC AND HAVE EACH CASE RECORDED. HAVE THE JUDGES TERMS CUT 2 TERM IN OFFICE THEN BACK TO PRIVATE SECTOR FOR AT LEAST ONE TERM. BEFORE THEY ARE APPOINTED BACK TO FAMILY COURT

New Information

It would seem that the Virginia Court system is making it easier for people to get orders of protective. it called I-Can (CLICK HERE) I-Can is a computer program that asks questions and completes the correct court forms. The completed forms must be taken to the Court Services Unit that serves the appropriate Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court.

I see how abusers of the systems can now sit at home and lie easier to get these orders. All they have to do is complete the Q&A then print it, sign it, then take to the court house and file it. Done!!!!

here its the link to the Chesapeake JDR Court, CLICK HERE

The judges of the juvenile and domestic relations district court are elected by the General Assembly for 6 year terms. Which i think after they serve two terms they so be replaced.

CLICK HERE this is How Ms Olds got her job.

Judges Olds needs to be remove from the brench ASAP. In my belief she is playing politics in her court room
