When police or prosecutors conceal significant exculpatory or impeaching material, we hold, it is ordinarily incumbent on the state to set the record straight. - Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Fathers don't stand a chance in this court at all.
If you should have the only female judge in this court you may want to hire a court report to record your hearing.

I would like to comment on a previous blogger, yes fathers do have a chance in this court if you get your mommy and daddy in on it... i have been fighting this ridiculous court for my babies for 7 years, they still live with their grandparents and father who is a convicted felon and has never moved out of his parents house, i have had 4 home studies, 3 psychological evaluations and i have worked for the chesapeake police department, all good reports all the way around, and my babies still live with a felon... if that isnt a lack in justice i dont know what is! all due to our wonderful judge rufus a banks jr, the one who likes to smile in court, then give your kids to felons...
I know this is old. But the same judge gave my baby to a felon who wrecked my car going 80 in a residential running from police on crack. His daddy pays for everything n anything to get him out of trouble. I need help
