Really, Judge Eileen A. Olds?

It would seem that EOA is sucking up to the VA State Police,, for what one might ask.. over social media that don’t keep logs.. The VASPD claims that KIK, snapchat, meet24, badoo, and social media chat app are very dangerous to our children.. Could it be that these media app companies don’t retain records like Facebook, twitter, instagram and Whatsapp..

I guess she forgot about vine where you can share vids, but that’s a twitter owned app. Lets not forget Tumblr,, yahoo porn site.. there is Pheed a like twitter app, what about Wanelo? there are many more.. I guess judges and state, local police what access to these, since the feds already does..


Olds is a true danger to kids in Chesapeake and the surrounding area.. Judges uses the term in the best interest of the child. What the fuck does that mean?? No ones fucking knows; but to judges like Olds it keeping kids in foster care, instead of homes, why would a judge do this, cause the Feds, pay the state for every child in Foster Care.. that Right Children being used as fucking ATM’s and This judge is apart of it.

So I guess now she will find a new way into these social networks that any child (might have) that comes into her courtroom.

I mean she is such a great judge,, This is fucking bullshit.. She has help my ex-wife to teach my son how to con his way thru life, and since he is now an adult and back in Chesapeake, if when they are finally caught they will in General District court and not hers.. so she doesn’t have to witness what she help created. This bad judge need to be remove asap.

Just Shocking

After learning what has happen to my son, I really have to wonder how Judge Eileen Anita Olds is fit to a family court judge, where there is no records or accountability for her actions or judgments.

Now she has written a book on how to parent, shocking since she doesn’t have any kids herself..

During my time in front of this hack, she gave full custody to my ex-wife ignoring the NC Court order which gave us joint custody. It has been 17 years since my first appearance in front her.

Recently, I found out my ex-wife home school my son (actually I have known this since 2005). Doing this, solely to keep me from having school records and other information about my son.

Judge Olds has by her own actions aiding and abetting my ex-wife actions.

What I know, is that my ex never provide a long term home, I know at least 13 different address within the 18 yrs. span, while I have five, finally buying and owning my own home. My ex, didn’t get my son help with his speech problem, the very same that I had when I was child. I don’t know how many partner she had in those 18years but I only had one.

Now I have learn that for a short time my son might have lived out of a truck, and that her family really hasn’t help them out at all. Whom by the way live in the area.. 

Judge Olds has allow this to happen, throughout the hearing I brought this up the many times, the number evictions from apts, trailers and homes through the Hampton Roads area, and Richmond, VA and a few other cities in VA.

Judge Olds ignore reports that my son might have been abused, that he went through a full body x-ray when he was 2yrs old. Then there is a report that he fall down two flights of stairs when he was 3 yrs. old. Time after time siding with my ex and her mother that I was a threat to my son. My Ex even claimed in court that I try to throw my son off a bridge, which is funny cause I never been alone with him since we split and all visitation was supervised by a counselor or a social worker in Chesapeake.

Judge Olds may be the first female African American judge on the bench in Virginia, but she is surely no damn role model. She has abuse her powers and authority as a family court judge. She has destroy more families then she has help. Then again what type of judge give a child rapist a PR Bond??

Thank You from another miss Christmas with my son

This Christmas makes the 16th Christmas that I miss with my son. Thanks to your actions or inaction's. I hope that your Christmas was great, with you spending time with your family.

I have to wonder just how many Fathers lives you have screwed over the years. How many who didn't get to see or talk with their child (ren) this year once again.

Over the last few years some of your cases that made their way into the news are shocking, PR bond for a FEMALE child Rapist, Yet you talk about helping the kids, making sure they stay in school. I guess on that day in court you were having a women must stand together moment.

How nice you are concern about kids in foster homes, I wonder just how many you have place there? Yes how many was place in foster care come from single parents where the other parent you didn't approve or allow to be a parent?

Mommy don't like daddy so she file false charges, get a court date you just rubber stamp it and deny the father any chance of being one, Ooops forgot you do make sure they pay child support. Judges like you only see fathers as a Damn ATM.

Question you have to decide whom gets a child, both parents are teens over 17, both live at home with parents, who gets the child? The mother, that's who. Even if it is proven that she is using drugs, then custody is giving to her parents. Why not the Father? Easy because in Family Court Judges Like you have declare that Fathers not what is best for a child, unless it child support.

You wonder why there are so many. This is an easy one, Most of them of false claim and you know it. But you can't go against the status quo where mommy is right/good and daddy is wrong/bad. That Domestic Violence is a one way street, only men hit and abuse. God forbids that a judge stands up to the DV groups and make it know that Women can be just as abusive as men, wait- a few have and lost their jobs for it..

Better yet a case in VA where a Social worker was caught on Tape telling a woman just what to said in a sexual abuse case. Showing the child where to point and what to say when she asks the child question. If I'm correct she did lose her job with state but was hire by a DV group ASAP..

Yet, you sit on the bench knowing that over 50% of all DV cases are lies, that DV claim are used to help to make sure mommy keeps custody of the kids and make sure she get a nice chunk of $$$$ in her Divorce and to make sure the child support worksheet shows she has full custody which will get her more $$$$$. So Judges like you who won't stand up and admit that most DV Cases are false is while the courts are over loaded.
