Judge Olds have this Woman a P R Bond when she was accused of Raping a young boy, recently another judge denial bond for this guy

Joseph Lee Simpson of the 2700 block of Ike St. is charged with eight counts of unlawful filming of a minor, two counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of indecent liberties with a child, according to a news release from the Chesapeake Police Department.
Simpson is accused of committing the crimes in December 2009 and January, court records show. He was arraigned Tuesday morning and is being held in the Chesapeake Correctional Center without bond.

Damn what a shame, maybe if he had Judge Olds he might have been giving a PR Bond or may a bond all together.. This is one Reason why Judge Eileen A Olds doesn't belong on the brench..

So Judge Olds Would you have giving him a PR Bond, are is that a special gift for women only in your courtroom?????????????????

How nice she gets a year in jail, wow, Yet if she was a man she would still be in jail/prison for at least ten years. Just in case you might have forgotten this is the woman that Judges Olds gave a PR. Bond to, simply because she was a woman. I'm sure Judge Olds would have never gave a male rapist a PR Bond.

Female rapist get a PR Bond

Chesapeake: Grand jury will hear case of woman accused of rape.

The case against a Chesapeake woman accused of raping a 12-year-old boy will be sent to a grand jury. Juvenile and Domestic Relations Judge Eileen A. Olds sent the case to a grand jury Tuesday after 31-year-old Robin E. Kenefic waived her preliminary hearing. Kenefic faces three counts of rape for an alleged incident with the boy on April 1, according to court records. Police said Kenefic is the first female in the city's history to be charged with rape. She is free on a personal recognizance bond, which prohibits contact with the youth. Kenefic, a resident of the 4700 block of Barger St., was a friend of the boy's family, police said. Authorities were notified May 22 after child protective services workers received an anonymous tip, police said. Kenefic was arrested June 2.

I bet if this was a man accused of raping a 12 year old girl, his ass would be in jail to hell freezes over. I guess it pays to be a female in Olds courtroom. Really how many male rapist gets a PR Bond.. the answer is none.

Is this the type of judge we want on the bench, I think not.
