When police or prosecutors conceal significant exculpatory or impeaching material, we hold, it is ordinarily incumbent on the state to set the record straight. - Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Chesapeake Double standard on Rape

Robin Kenefic Update.. (late)

How nice she gets a year in jail, wow, Yet if she was a man she would still be in jail/prison for at least ten years. Just in case you might have forgotten this is the woman that Judges Olds gave a PR. Bond to, simply because she was a woman. I'm sure Judge Olds would have never gave a male rapist a PR Bond.

That kind of guidance

Judge Eileen Olds, president of the American Judges Association, said that statewide coordination will
become even more crucial as the first generation of problem-solving judges moves on: “There are going to be more judges who need that kind of guidance.”

I can only hope that this judge isn't providing guidance to anyone, but the face in her bathroom mirror ever morning... Unless it is to teach them our to screw over parents, mainly fathers, give female child rapers PR bonds, and to ignore their own court orders rulings......

Quota from Larry D Willis Sr..

"We find that [Peatross] acted vindictively towards attorneys where he felt that his authority was questioned," said Larry D. Willis Sr., a judge of Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and a member of the review commission.

"We find that he engaged in what we are terming judicial absolutism, that is he was the final authority on everything, and it was his way or no way," Willis continued. "That judicial absolutism is inconsistent with the standards expected of judges presiding in Virginia courts."

Funny that this is what Judge Olds and he does on a daily in their courts, mostly on pro se fathers... in 100% in cases dealing with Child support
